Digital marketing and social media

Abstract

Digital marketing and social media have changed how businesses connect with people. Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn allow brands to talk directly to customers, making sales and brand loyalty stronger. This study looks at how digital marketing works, including social media strategies, influencer marketing, and customer engagement. It also discusses how businesses use data and advertising to attract customers. The research uses a survey to understand people's thoughts on digital marketing. The study finds that personalized ads, influencers, and strong social media presence help brands grow. The paper gives practical advice on improving digital marketing strategies.
