Title

AI-DRIVEN AD PERSONALIZATION IN SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

Abstract

As artificial intelligence gains more influence on the social media platform advertising ecosystem, it has resulted in the development of very personal content delivery systems. These systems are based on complex machine learning algorithms, user behavior analytics, contextual inference, and advertisement placement and relevance. Its technological essence and paradigm, model structure and association, performance metrics, ethical concerns, and application are critically reviewed. The study verifies, using industry data, that there are significant gains in the conversion of user engagement and money. While these issues are still challenges, despite them, privacy regulations and model explainability are still challenges. This study analyzes current practices, experimentally validates such systems, and presents future research directions that will enable such systems to be transparent, fair, and adaptable for advertising purposes.
