To achieve financial stability in the future, both saving and investing are crucial—savings provide security while investments enhance wealth. This research investigates the savings and investment patterns of salaried employee in construction industry, with an emphasis on socio-economic factors. Information was gathered from 140 employees using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through various statistical techniques. The results highlight the necessity for better financial literacy, a more diversified investment portfolio, and professional advice. Socio-economic elements have a significant effect on financial decision-making. Taking proactive steps in planning can lead to more secure and well-informed financial decisions.
