The rapid evolution of cloud computing has paved the way for innovative solutions in the healthcare sector, enabling the development of intelligent, scalable, and efficient smart healthcare systems. This research presents a cloud-based architecture designed to overcome traditional challenges such as limited accessibility, fragmented data, and constrained scalability in healthcare delivery. By integrating real-time data acquisition, remote monitoring, and predictive analytics, the proposed system enhances decision-making processes and improves patient care outcomes. The architecture supports seamless data exchange among stakeholders while ensuring data security and system responsiveness. Experimental results demonstrate the system’s effectiveness in terms of accuracy, reliability, and scalability. Additionally, this study outlines a roadmap for future enhancements, including the incorporation of advanced AI techniques, edge computing, and blockchain technology, to further optimize performance and ensure secure, patient-centric care. The findings establish cloud computing as a vital enabler for the next generation of smart healthcare systems.
