Plant microbe interaction play major role in plant life cycle as well as protecting and functioning of ecosystem. This review paper focuses on complex interaction of plant with bacteria, beneficial as well as harmful micro-organisms. Pathogenic bacteria can cause significant damage to crops, while beneficial bacteria promote plant growth, induce systemic resistance, and control pathogens through PGPR. The review discusses the ecological implications of plant-microorganism interactions, bacterial communities associated with plants, and the role of emerging molecular biology techniques in microbiome studies. Understanding these interactions is essential for developing effective strategies to manage bacterial pathogens and promote sustainable agriculture.
