Abstract

Residential gardens are multifunctional areas which are as important as indoor of the house. Designing a residential landscape not only includes plantation but he beholds various activity starting from site analysis to selection of appropriate hardscape to softscape ratio. This paper focuses on the basic guideline required to design a residential landscape and focusing on factors like garden form, linked spaces, functions etc
