This research investigates how meal planning and storage habits affect household food waste reduction among 150 women homemakers aged between 20 and 60 years. Before the program, major contributors to food waste were identified as insufficient meal planning, improper storage, and over-purchasing. Following the intervention, participants demonstrated significant improvements, including regular meal planning, better storage practices, and increased use of leftovers. The findings underscore the effectiveness of awareness programs in promoting sustainable food practices and reducing food waste at the household level.
