The project title “AN ANALYSIS ON AWARENESS AND EFFECTIVE UTILISATION OF PF & ESI SCHEME AMONG EMPLOYEES” .The study investigates the awareness, satisfaction, and utilization of provident fund (PF) and employee’ State insurance (ESI) schemes comprehend these benefits, the problems they encounter, and how well the management of these schemes affects employee retention and organizational compliance. For this project the primary data has been collected directly from the respondents while the secondary data was collected from the books, articles, and internet and web sites. The questionnaire was used to collect the data from the sample. Who were selected to the convenience sampling technique .This population size is 600 and the sample size is taken for the study is 234. The findings of the study was the employees have positive feedback about ESI and PF.
