Title

A STUDY ON ANALYZING THE EFFECT OF TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AND ENGAGEMENT

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of training programs on employee performance and engagement within organizational settings. As businesses increasingly recognize human capital as a critical driver of success, structured training has become essential in enhancing employee competencies, motivation, and overall productivity. The research aims to examine the correlation between the frequency, quality, and relevance of training initiatives and their influence on employees’ performance levels and engagement at work. Data was collected through surveys and interviews from employees across various industries, and statistical tools were used to analyze the relationship between training variables and performance outcomes. The findings reveal a positive and significant link between effective training programs and enhanced employee engagement and performance, highlighting the importance of continuous learning and development initiatives. The study concludes with recommendations for designing impactful training strategies that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
