The main objective of this paper is to devise a simple, low-cost microcontroller-based weather monitoring system using wireless technology. This system fetches weather conditions using various sensors like temperature, humidity, etc., and displays them on an LCD. This paper is developed using an Arduino Microcontroller, an LCD, an LM35 temperature sensor, a DHT 11, and an LDR sensor. The advantage of using this technology is that different types of sensors are connected for different types of information from this sensor, and this can be done over LCD, so it is widely spread and has almost reached every nook and corner of the 21st-century world. This technology also provides users with high-quality signals and channels, giving them access to high-quality digital communication at very affordable rates. This embedded system can be useful for anyone who wishes to monitor the weather conditions of an area without being physically present there.
