Abstract A tissue with a very complicated metabolism and a strong capability for repair is bone. Herbal remedies are mostly used for chronic, as opposed to life-threatening, diseases and for health promotion. Since ancient times, many people have employed herbal medicine (HM) to treat bone diseases in clinical settings. The WHO estimates that 80% of the world's population still uses herbal remedies, and many modern medications have their roots in medicinal plants. Compared to chemically manufactured medications, they are more appropriate for long-term usage, cost-effective, and have less adverse effects. There has been growth during the past couple decades. in the world of alternative therapies. Currently, there is a need for herbal medications, and their acceptance is growing. Natural bone lesions healing Plants have chemicals that may speed up bone repair and prevent bone loss, and incomplete or delayed bone regeneration previously represented a significant clinical problem. Plants may contain chemicals that, in addition to promoting bone repair, may prevent bone loss by inhibiting osteoclast cells, promoting osteoblast growth, and lowering inflammatory processes without causing the negative side effects associated with allopathic medications. Some of the plants that are effective in treating bone problems are included in this review.
