This paper digs into texts, chatted with current writers and even roamed local corners to soak up cultural quirks. The upshot shows that modern literature acts as a lively bridge, reviving old lore in surprising ways. These stories keep cultural identity buzzing while throwing in a cheeky nod to today’s social puzzles, nudging us to rethink community health and general wellbeing. Such insights wander beyond mere literature and hint that local tales can mould how people see and handle health. By spotlighting how age-old yarns can reframe health ideas, my work ties literature and wellbeing in a mash-up that cherishes cultural heritage and plots clever health strategies in North East India.
