The main aim is to discover and contrast the different leadership styles practiced and evaluate their effectiveness in creating employee engagement, team performance, and organizational success. The study also investigates the relationship between leadership styles and employee well-being, such as psychological safety, job satisfaction, and motivation. It takes into account how various approaches to leadership influence employees depending on their personality profiles, job position, autonomy status, and demographic characteristics, and that leadership competence can differ quite significantly across differences between individuals. For this project the primary data has been collected directly from the respondents while the secondary data was collected from the books, articles, and internet and web sites. The questionnaire was used to collect the data from the sample. We were selected to the convenience sampling technique .This population size is 759 and the sample size is taken for the study is 254. The research helps improve leadership, enhance inclusivity, and promote growth.
