The efficiency and consistency of livestock feeding play a crucial role in ensuring optimal animal health and productivity. This project focuses on the design and simulation of a mechanical system intended for the mixing of cattle feed and corn meal. The primary objective is to develop a cost-effective, efficient, and user-friendly mixing device suitable for small to medium-scale farming operations. Through detailed mechanical design using CAD tools and subsequent simulation analysis, the project examines the blending process, ensuring uniform distribution of nutrients and feed components. Key considerations include the optimization of mixing time, reduction of manual labor, energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance. The simulation results provide insights into mixer performance under different load conditions and feedback. Ultimately, the project aims to bridge the gap between traditional manual feed preparation methods and more advanced, automated systems, thereby promoting better feeding practices and enhancing overall livestock management.
