Title

LONG TERM SUSTAINABILITY BY IMPROVING STEEL RECYLABILITY USING

Abstract

This study scrutinizes Steel recyclability in the MDV weld shop through the implementation of smart & Innovative methods. A comparative analysis of various recycling methods is conducted, focusing on key performance evaluation parameters such as Salvaging Disposed Steel scraps, E waste, sustainability approaches. The proposed method emphasizes the design of customer centric machines, automation projects to support manufacturing functions. Recycling gives the industry a means to create treasure out of trash. Recycling of used metals in the form of scrap or secondary articles has assumed significance, especially in developing countries like India where reprocessing to recover metal is needed to meet the raw material deficit as well as conservation of minerals.
