The studies explores the impact of digital transformation on modern talent acquisition processes. It highlights the role of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR analytics, and digital onboarding platforms in reshaping recruitment strategies. The findings indicate significant improvements in efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire, with 97% of respondents affirming that digital tools help reduce hiring bias and shorten time-to-hire. Additionally, digital adoption contributes to cost reduction, data-driven decision-making, and access to broader talent pools. Despite these benefits, the study identifies persistent challenges such as digital literacy gaps, technological resistance, and the need for change management. The research concludes that digital transformation is a strategic imperative for organizations aiming to remain competitive in a dynamic talent landscape.
