Drilling operations perform an essential part in commercial fields, contributing to about 36 percent of machining operations. The drill bit's properties, drill diameter, drilling process parameters, and workpiece material all affect the accuracy of the holes made by drilling procedures. Drilling optimization has been suggested to include bit selection as a critical step. Drilling bit picking is recognized as a crucial problem. The purpose of our current study was to evaluate the strength and durability of a twist drill bit made of M35 cobalt steel alloy and HSS material. The ANSYS WORKBENCH 2024R2 software is being used to make and analyze the drill bit.
