Cloud-based web application deployment transforms software development because it delivers three key benefits including scalability and cost effectiveness and high availability features. The paper reviews how web applications execute on Amazon Web Services (AWS) particularly focusing on AWS Lambda, S3, CloudFront, IAM, and Amazon Lex. This network of services enables serverless operations along with protected storage functions as well as content distribution capabilities in addition to user verification solutions and AI-based chat communication features. Research explores cloud-native web application deployment through architectural examination of design as well as implementation practices and best approaches for optimization. We investigate primary system issues involving security risks and expense management and API rate limit restrictions as well as strategies to address them. Observational data shows how AWS services improve both the functionality and security and operational manageability of contemporary web-based software.
