This paper presents the design and development of Texlaire, a web application tailored for the towel textile manufacturing industry. The platform addresses inefficiencies associated with traditional workforce management and manual product design. By transitioning to a digital workforce tracking system and integrating machine learning for innovative towel designs, Texlaire minimizes paper-based processes and enhances operational productivity. The system offers user-friendly interfaces for worker management, attendance tracking, and AI-generated design suggestions, ensuring both ecological sustainability and competitive product offerings. Additionally, Texlaire captures production data and performance analytics to aid data-driven decision- making.
