This study examines the financial performance of the Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (APSPDCL) through ratio analysis over the five-year period from 2019 to 2024. By analyzing key financial ratios such as liquidity, profitability, solvency, and efficiency. The study aims to evaluate the organization's operational strength, financial health, and sustainability. The study is based on secondary data extracted from APSPDCL's audited financial statements. The findings highlight trends such as improved short-term liquidity, increased reliance on debt financing, fluctuating profitability, and moderate operational efficiency. Based on these insights, recommendations are made to enhance financial management and strategic decision-making within the organization.
