In order to maintain high availability and fault tolerance while reducing operational costs and latency, cloud storage systems must effectively manage data placement. This study examines the issue of the best way to arrange data in cloud environments while taking redundancy, access latency, and data transfer costs into account. In light of evolving network conditions and access patterns, we suggest a dynamic data placement approach that makes use of adaptive resource allocation and predictive analytics to maximize data location. In comparison to static placement strategies, the suggested approach can drastically lower data transmission costs and latency while preserving the necessary levels of data availability, as shown by the simulation results. A viable way to improve the effectiveness and dependability of cloud storage services is provided by this strategy.
