The judicial system often grapples with inefficiencies caused by manual paperwork, delayed communication, and lack of transparency. This paper proposes a robust Court Management System (CMS), a digital platform designed to streamline and modernize legal case handling through automation, real-time tracking, role-based access, and secure document management. Developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the system empowers users, lawyers, judges, and administrators by reducing procedural bottlenecks, improving accessibility, and reinforcing data security. The CMS enhances judicial efficiency, transparency, and user trust, thereby aligning with the vision of a digital and responsive justice system.
