The Kalyana Karnataka region, formerly known as the Hyderabad-Karnataka area, has undergone significant constitutional and policy transformations aimed at addressing socio-economic disparities and historical grievances. This study examines the impact of these reforms, particularly after the implementation of Article 371(J) of the Indian Constitution, which grants the area special status. The examination focuses on how these provisions have influenced essential sectors such as education, employment opportunities, and overall social advancement. Taking a sociological perspective, the research assesses the effectiveness of these reforms in reducing regional inequalities and improving the living conditions of marginalized communities. The findings highlight both achievements and challenges in the implementation of constitutional measures, offering important insights into the socio-economic development of Kalyana Karnataka. This study culminates in a series of recommendations aimed at addressing the identified issues, policies intended to further enhance the region's growth trajectory.
