: This research explores floating architecture as a resilient and sustainable response to global challenges such as land scarcity, climate change, and rapid urbanization. It presents floating structures as a solution to rising sea levels and increasing population density in urban areas. The paper covers the historical evolution, current applications, design principles, and the environmental, social, and economic benefits of floating buildings. To evaluate viability and creativity, case studies including Oceanix Busan, Schoonschip (Amsterdam), and the Floating Pavilion (Rotterdam) are examined. The conclusion outlines future potential applications and suggestions for incorporating floating architecture into city planning.
