This research paper investigates the relationship between the qualities of project managers and employee engagement within project-based environments. Effective project management is crucial for the successful completion of projects, and employee engagement plays a vital role in achieving project goals. Through an extensive review of literature and empirical studies, this paper aims to identify key qualities exhibited by project managers that influence employee engagement. The findings suggest that qualities such as communication skills, leadership abilities, emotional intelligence, and organizational support significantly impact employee engagement levels. Furthermore, the paper discusses implications for practice and offers recommendations for fostering a more engaged workforce within project management contexts.
