This project presents Air Canvas, a gesture-based virtual drawing tool that lets users draw in the air using real-time hand tracking. Built with OpenCV and MediaPipe, it captures fingertip movements and renders digital strokes on a virtual canvas. Features include gesture controls, color and brush size selection, undo, save, and Google Meet integration for collaborative use. Designed for standard webcams, Air Canvas offers a touch-free, intuitive interface, with strong potential in education, remote work, creative design, and assistive tech. Future plans include handwriting recognition and multi-hand support.
