Tax incentives can greatly help attract investments supporting the environment and combating global warming. This paper aims to compare the effectiveness of tax incentives for green investments in India to those in the United States and the European Union. Based on recent policies, financial trends, and example cases from 2018 to 2025, the report presents the positive and negative points of implementing these policies. The findings indicate that incentive taxes can push for more renewable energy and environmentally friendly innovation, but their use is affected by certain problems. This paper presents suggestions for Indonesia and worldwide policy-makers to improve the design of public fiscal tools and ease of use.
