This research introduces a high-end posture evaluation platform that uses Media-Pipe Pose technology and machine learning algorithms to give real-time posture assessment and corrective advice. The browser application uses video input to assess skeletal reference points and estimate joint angles to give an effective posture evaluation. Individual adjustment for postural adaptation to each user's body shape is integrated into the system for accurate posture deviation sensing. Implementation includes an audio reminder function that triggers immediate reminders of corrective posture. The users interact with a Stream-lit environment with posture monitoring features, posture habit statistics, and educational resources. Along with providing real-time statistics, the website also features informative information and resources to encourage better ergonomic practices. This overall solution combines cutting-edge posture detection with personalized feedback mechanisms and a simple interface, creating an effective tool for inspiring proper posture and avoiding posture-related health issues in office environments with predominantly sedentary work.
