CSA in India is expanding at a shocking rate. Children from most of the Nation's population are held as the fate of the Nation. Despite the dark reality remains that fifty three percent of Indian children have been liable to some type of sexual abuse. While handling the various issues troubling the society, the wellbeing and security of children have been horribly kept aside. The lawmaking body has shown an extraordinary performance towards making any move to secure the weaker section of the society. The deficiency of implementation of law is one such reason of administrative failure and therefore, children have been victims of brutal acts of sexual abuse. A long time of administrative ignorance has brought about increasing cases of sex tourism, pornography, child sexual assault, child trafficking etc,. This pressurized the Ministry of Women and Child Development to speedily draft the offences from Children (Prevention) Bill, 2005 and campaign hard for its section. In 2012, Parliament passed 139 the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act which has been hailed as strong steps towards the children of our Nation.
