The research study was done on the topic “Aggression in Teenagers among Urban and Rural areas” to study the level and impact of aggression among teenagers. For the present study, Aggression Questionnaire (AGQ) was used. A sample of 60 students – 30 from Urban background (Kurnool city) and 30 from Rural background (Stantonpuram) were selected as participants for this study. The data collected from the participants was analyzed by using Mean, Standard Deviation and t test. The mean for teenagers from Urban areas is found to be 106.13and the mean for teenagers from Rural areas is found to be 72. Likewise, the SD for Urban and Rural areas is found to be 20.08 and 23.74 respectively. The t-test value for Aggression in teenagers is found to be 3.690 with df 58 and t value = 2.000 at 0.05, which was found to be less than the t test value. Therefore there is significant difference of aggression between teenagers of urban and rural backgrounds.
