Title

IntelliPresent: AI-Powered Smart Presentation System

Abstract

This paper presents IntelliPresent, an innovative AI-powered smart presentation tool designed to significantly enhance interactivity, user engagement, and efficiency during presentations. Traditional presentation methods often require manual interaction, which can disrupt the flow of information and reduce audience engagement. IntelliPresent addresses these limitations by leveraging advanced AI capabilities to enable a seamless, hands-free presentation experience. The system integrates four primary functionalities: voice tracking, hand gesture recognition, text extraction from images, and AI-based summarization. Voice tracking, powered by Google Speech-to-Text, allows for natural slide navigation through voice commands, minimizing the need for physical interaction. Hand gesture recognition, utilizing computer vision techniques such as OpenCV, offers a hands-free experience, enabling presenters to navigate slides and interact with content simply through gestures. Text extraction from images, implemented using PyTesseract, allows for real-time digitization of content from images, making it easier to process and present relevant information quickly. Lastly, the AI-based summarization feature, driven by Transformer based models, condenses extracted text into concise and mean ingful summaries, enhancing content delivery and enabling faster information retrieval.
