Title

A STUDY ON CONSUMER PERSPECTIVE: IMPACT OF SOCIAL MEDIA ON CLOTHING PURCHASE SATISFACTION

Abstract

The proliferation of social media has transformed the clothing industry, with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest playing a pivotal role in shaping consumer behavior. This research investigates the determinants of customer satisfaction in online clothing shopping, underscoring the significance of consumer preferences, trust, and tailored marketing approaches. By analyzing the responses of 100 survey participants, the study reveals that retailers can enhance customer satisfaction by offering competitive pricing, improving product quality, and leveraging Instagram's targeted advertising capabilities. The findings highlight the importance of social media literacy for clothing brands seeking to bolster customer relationships, drive sales, and maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketplace. Ultimately, this study provides actionable insights for retailers aiming to navigate the complexities of online consumer behavior and develop effective strategies to engage their target audience.
