Title

THE EFFECTS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming human resource management (HRM) by automating mundane tasks, augmenting decision-making processes, and generating new employment opportunities. This article examines the effects of AI on HR functions including recruitment, selection, employee development, and performance management. It also discusses the ethical concerns and challenges linked with AI integration in HRM. The results indicate that although AI can greatly enhance HR productivity and effectiveness, it is essential to adopt AI in a responsible manner to circumvent ethical dilemmas and guarantee conformity with organizational principles and societal standards.
