The researcher analyses awareness among the students about their physical and mental health .In order to analyze the data , the researcher used correlation, regression and paired sample t-test etc. The study reveals that the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the health behaviors of college students. Many students have developed irregular sleep patterns, increased screen time, and sedentary lifestyles due to online learning and social restrictions. Mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression, have risen, highlighting the need for better mental health support systems in colleges. On the positive side, the pandemic has made students more conscious of hygiene, nutrition, and the importance of regular exercise.
