This project presents a real-time emotion recognition system using Raspberry Pi, leveraging facial expression analysis for applications in healthcare, entertainment, and security. The system employs OpenCV for face detection and preprocessing, and the DeepFace library for emotion classification using deep learning. It accurately identifies emotions such as happiness, sadness, surprise, anger, fear, and neutrality. Designed for efficiency and scalability, the system offers a cost-effective solution suitable for embedded and IoT environments, with potential for future integration in emotion-aware applications.
