The leading cause of death worldwide is cardiac diseases. The most common of these is ischemic heart disease. Ayurveda's Arjuna [Terminalia Arjuna (Roxb) W&A] is a cardiac tonic that tones the heart muscles. Therefore, research was done to clarify how Arjuna phytocompounds function and interact with the disease targets and pathways of IHD. In addition to collecting and screening Arjuna phytochemicals, disease-related genes and pathways associated with IHD were also gathered. After that, a network was constructed connecting phytochemicals, disease targets, and pathways, and discussion was constructed based on highly enriched compounds, disease targets, and pathways. According to analysis, 66 targets involved in controlling IHD interact with Arjuna’s 54 active molecules. By transforming bioactive phytoconstituents in Arjuna, these findings provide a promising avenue for the creation of new drugs for the management of IHD. The in-silico approach guides wet lab research, finds therapeutic targets, and aids in the multi-compound management of IHD.
