Title

A RESEARCH ON FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF HERBAL MEDICATED BATH BOMB

Abstract

Fungal skin infections are a common health concern that necessitates research into secure and effective alternative treatments. Herbal ingredients are an excellent choice for cosmetic formulations as they have traditionally demonstrated antifungal properties. Expanding on this concept, the study aims to develop an innovative antifungal herbal bath bomb by harnessing the healing qualities of plants. Bath bombs are made from a mixture of wet and dry ingredients, containing a mild acid and a bicarbonate base; these non-reactive components react energetically in water, producing fizz that helps detoxify pores and skin, resulting in a revitalizing experience. The formulation process required meticulous selection and mixing of solid and liquid components to attain the preferred texture, scent, and skin-benefiting qualities. Fungal skin infections represent a prevalent health concern that necessitates investigation into safe and efficient treatments. Herbal ingredients make an excellent choice for cosmetics because of their antifungal abilities. This study seeks to develop an innovative antifungal herbal bath bomb utilizing the medicinal qualities of plants. Bath bombs are made up of wet and dry components, featuring a mild acid and bicarbonate base that react energetically in water, creating effervescence to cleanse and detoxify pores and skin. The goal of the project is to develop a distinctive and efficient herbal bath bomb
