Bishesoto Ashtanga yoga manav jibanbikasher protiti store karjoshil. Yam, niyam, asan, pranayam provriti yogango guli protiti shishu ke sucharitro ebong daihik o manosik dik theke susasther odhikari kore tole. Bishesoto dhyan shikhharthider shikhon karje mononibesh korte sahajyo kore ebong poribesher sange sustho vabe avijojan korte sahajyo kore.
