Title

Digital Marketing and Its Impact on the FMCG Sector

Abstract

The Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector has undergone a significant transformation due to the rapid growth of digital marketing. With the proliferation of smartphones, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels, consumer engagement and purchase behavior have evolved dramatically. This paper explores the impact of digital marketing strategies on the FMCG sector through a review of existing literature. It examines how tools such as social media, influencer marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and data analytics have reshaped brand communication and customer loyalty. The findings suggest that digital marketing enhances brand visibility, consumer reach, and real-time feedback, but also poses challenges such as data privacy concerns and content oversaturation. The study concludes by recommending integrated marketing strategies and greater investment in digital literacy to maximize benefits in the FMCG sector.
