The present study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of a herbal face toner composed of Calendula officinalis, Aloe vera and Vitamin E capsules, aimed at delivering anti-aging benefits, skin conditioning, and pore tightening effects. Emphasizing the use of natural ingredients, this toner offers as a more sustainable alternative to chemical-based skincare products. The herbal components were selected based on their proven antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and skin-rejuvenating properties. The formulated toner underwent a series of evaluation parameters including pH determination, viscosity measurement, surface tension analysis, skin irritation study, and stability testing under various conditions. The results confirmed that the toner maintains a skin-friendly pH, exhibits ideal viscosity for application, and shows no signs of phase separation or irritation, indicating good stability and skin compatibility. This study supports the potential of using natural substances in skincare, highlighting their health benefits and effectiveness. The herbal face toner developed in this research provides a promising solution for individuals seeking holistic skincare that promotes, healthy, and toned skin.
