Title

Redefining Intelligence: The Rise of Voice, Vision and Generative AI in the New Technological Era

Authors

Abstract

The very fast development of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is changing the interaction between people and computers, bringing more natural, inviting, and creative forms of communication. In contrast to early AI where technical expertise and structured directions were required, new generations of AI tools can now interpret vocally delivered information, pictorial command, and even hand movements. The change makes AI systems less reliant on programming knowledge that allows people with a wide range of educational backgrounds to interact with AI in a meaningful way. The article explores this basic change in interfaces that rely on code to interfaces that are multimodal and easy to use. It describes the technologies that have led to these dynamics, how they can be utilized in the real world, including areas like education, healthcare, and design, and the greater effect on the society at large. Special topics are also devoted to the emergence of AI innovation in India, its own basic models and the increasing role of GenAI on the national economy. The study gives a wholesome understanding of the role of GenAI in rendering intelligent systems more humanistic and multi-disciplinary.

Key Words

Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), Multimodal Interfaces, Human-Centered Computing, Voice and Visual Interaction, AI Accessibility and Inclusion, India’s AI Innovation Ecosystem.
