Effective risk management is essential for the successful execution of construction projects. This paper explores contemporary practices in construction risk management, focusing on identification, assessment, and mitigation of common risks. It also examines the integration of technological tools like BIM and predictive analytics, and analyzes survey data from professionals in the field. The findings reveal that financial and scheduling risks are most prevalent, and highlight challenges such as lack of training and organizational resistance. The study concludes with actionable recommendations to enhance risk governance and sustainability in construction projects.
