Design Thinking, a human-centred and iterative methodology for problem-solving, has emerged as a transformative approach in business management worldwide. In the Asian region, characterized by diverse cultural, economic, and technological landscapes, Design Thinking offers a framework to drive innovation, enhance collaboration, and address complex business challenges. This study comprehensively examines the adoption, impact, and challenges of Design Thinking in business management across Asia, drawing on extensive literature, case studies, and industry insights. The findings highlight its role in fostering creativity, improving organizational performance, and addressing social issues, while identifying barriers such as cultural resistance and limited empirical research. Recommendations are provided to maximize its potential in the Asian context.
