Existentialism supports such ideas which are helpful in maintaining the existence of humans and other living beings. Under environmental conservation, existentialism supports the ideas of water conservation, forest conservation, pollution abatement. Similarly, among political ideologies, democratic ideology is appropriate for protecting the existence of life. Along with this, ideas related to physical and mental health, creative and positive thoughts, the idea of mental peace in spirituality, humanistic thoughts, the idea of peaceful coexistence and ideas related to the protective use of weapons are also existentialist ideas. Existentialism is opposed to all such ideas which are harmful to the existence of life. Hyper humanistic (extremist), fundamentalist, conservative thoughts, destructive thoughts, the idea of one's own superiority, the idea of a luxurious life are anti-existential ideas. Existentialism supports authentic ideas obtained from systematic study.
