ABSTRACT Chionanthus zeylanica L. is a important medicinal plant belonging to the Family Oleaceae. Bark extract was subjected to phytochemical screening for the determination of anticancer activity on (BRCA1and BRCA2) on human breast cancer cell lines. The phyto constituents previously determined to molecular docking studies against human breast cancer Tamoxifen and Phyllirinhas shown to possess anti angiogenic activity by interacting BRCA1 and BRCA2 receptors. The objective of this work to perform phyto chemical compounds and molecular docking and cancer cell line studies of Chionanthus zeylanica would be effectively to use current strong medicines from cancer therapies
