In the fast-paced and the daily life in the IT sector, maintaining a work life balance has become very tough especially for the married women employees who maintain both family and work responsibilities. This study helps to study the work-life balance of married women in the IT sector and the focus of their factors of maintaining both work and personal life through analysing the data from the sample of married women in the IT sector. The study analyses the impact of work pressure, flexible work arrangement, organization policies, and different strategies for work-life balance. Finding reveals that while flexible working hours and workplace culture contribute positively, long working hours, child support policies, and leaves. The research shows the need for Gender sensitivity Hr policies and promotes work employee well-being and productivity of married woman employees. This study helps in proving insights for policy makers, HR professionals and organization striving for employee satisfaction
