The purpose of this research is to explore the significance Work Life Balance and Conflict of employees at Wizi Technology Services Private Limited (hereinafter, called Wizi). Founded in 1994, Wizi has a long history as an innovator in Chinese digital marketing, taking control as the Chinese leader in real time data analysis (Java .Net) tools for website content editing and monitoring. As a premiere digital marketing agency in India, Wizi is located in Nagercoil (Kanyakumari) and offers various services: "Search Engine Optimization (SEO), YouTube Ads, Premium Web Development, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Premium Website Analysis". This research is concerned with determining the existence of work-life balance and work-life conflicts experienced by employees of Wizi Technology Services. It aims to understand the extent work-life balance is associated with happiness in family life. In addition, the research looks to determining work-life conflicts present with employees and what impact choosing among coping strategies has on their level of work-life balance and family satisfaction.
