This paper presents the design and implementation of a basic shopping cart interface using HTML. The aim is to demonstrate the static structure of an e-commerce cart system suitable for front-end understanding and academic purposes. The implementation focuses solely on HTML elements without incorporating backend logic or interactivity using JavaScript or server-side scripting
