In the present era, the consumers are keen to purchase the clothings that not only looks good but feel comfortable to body. Thermo physiological comfort is one of the important aspects of clothing comfort , which in turn is primarily governed by ability of the fabric of to transmit moisture ( either in form of liquid and vapour ) .It is well known that moisture transmission ability depends on the fibre composition , fabric constructional and design parameters . However , systematic studies on effect of application of finish on moisture transfer ability of the fabric is limited . Hence , present study is undertaken to study the effect of treatment of anti crease resin and amino silicone modified softener on moisture transmission properties of fabric .
