Recurrent Spontaneous Subarachnoid Hemorrhage: A Case Report Emphasizing the Role of Advanced Neuroimaging

Abstract
Spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) without aneurysm is uncommon and poses diagnostic challenges, especially in recurrent cases. We report a 65-year-old hypertensive female who presented with a sudden, severe headache and vomiting. Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) revealed an anterior communicating artery aneurysm with A1 ACA stenosis. She underwent successful endovascular coiling and stenting. During admission, a right inferior epigastric artery bleed was managed via selective embolization. The patient recovered fully. This case highlights the importance of DSA in recurrent SAH and the need for timely intervention to address associated complications.
